Discover Prague has been in operation since 2002 and, since that time, have been recommended in a number of well known guide books such as Lonely Planet and the Rough Guide also known as Fromer´s Guide. In addition, we have established cooperation with leaders in the industry like Expedia.com and Grey Line.

Our Products & Services

Our core business is providing daily tours, walks, and excursions in a number of languages all year round. The primary way Hotels contract with us is by selling tickets to our tours. We offer Competitive Commissions and Real-time Dispatching. We also provide Free City Maps to hotels that they can distribute to their guests year round. The maps can be ordered by phone and will be delivered within 48 hours of your call. Our newest offer is the Personalized Map; a map embossed with the logo of your hotel - and, best of all, It’s Absolutely Free! Finally, we have developed a set of Display Stands that greatly improve the presentation of advertising materials and can be modified to compliment your Hotel’s interior design.

1) Tours, Walks & Excursions

All of our leisurely tours are designed for both the young and old.
All of our guides speak fluent English, Italian, German Spanish or French, and have been chosen both for their knowledge and ability to entertain.
We give tours in English, German, Italian, Spanish, and French.
We have centralized meeting points:

• 24 Dlouha St. (150 meters from Old Town Square): Prague Brewery Tour, Czech Beer Tasting, Prague Pub Crawl, Bike Tours and Rentals.
• Astronomical Clock on Old Town Square: Prague Royal Walk Free Tour, Prague Castle Tour and Karlstejn Castle Tour.

We are continuously updating and adding tours so come back often to see what exciting new tours we have added.

2) Real-Time Dispatching

Above all, when you work with us, you are not alone. With our real-time dispatching service, you can call all us anytime you have a question. Our team of professional, Czech and English speaking dispatchers can answer any question you might have about our tours, walks, or services. Or, just put your customer on the line and we can take it from there. You can make a Voucher or fill out a simple receipt. It simply requires a stamp from your hotel that the tour deposit was paid. 3) Competitive Commissions

We offer competitive commissions for any tour you book and can work on a contractual basis. Rest assured, you do not need to facilitate Pick-Ups or arrange Meet-Points because we have done the work for you with our centralized Meeting Points. Just point your guest in the right direction and tell them to look for one of our Yellow Umbrellas or advertisment signs.

4) Our Free Maps

We have two different maps that we offer hotels for free. We deliver them at no charge on a regular basis in any amount you require. Boxes contain 1250 pieces and bags contain 250 pieces. We can fill your order within 48 hours from the moment we get your call.

1. The Discover Prague Map, which was designed exclusively for Discover Prague, depicts the historical city center with 3mm wide street names making it very easy to read and use.
2. The Free Personalized Map is our newest offer. We will emboss the front cover with a high quality image of your corporate logo, name, and design. Or if you don’t have art work readily available, work with our design department to come up a cover and back that makes a statement to your guests. We will prepare two designs for you to choose from and then adjust your choice so that it meets your specification; all at no cost to you. You can see examples here. This is another way Discover Prague helps you provide Added Value to your guests and clients.

All activities related to this service are free of charge. As soon as the maps are printed we will deliver them along with the respective envelops in any amount you may need at absolutely no cost to you.

5) Our Leaflet Stands

Leaflet stands provide a wealth of information to your guests in a compact, unobtrusive way, with little impact on your work flow. Our stands are unobtrusive, well maintained, and best of all can be tailored to fit your needs.

You can choose:

It usually takes between 7 and 14 days to deliver the stand.

Because we use these stands for our own materials, you can be sure we maintain them and work hard to assure their effectiveness. Finally, we maintain a select, family orientated, cliental.
